02 | INTERNAL POSTURING

Updated: 3 days ago

Are you emanating what you consciously desire?

The architecture of emanation I call this internal posturing.

As an actor, you learn that a character is more than simply speaking words. You have to inhabit them.

Take on sadness and the internal posture changes; take on joy and something opens.

Before a word is spoken, something is already being communicated.

Energy works in much the same way.

Our subconscious identity, somatic form and energetic state are continually communicating information beyond the conscious story of what we say we want.

We may consciously desire love while the body remains guarded against intimacy. And visibility while something within us contracts at the experience of being seen. We may desire abundance while our internal architecture remains attuned to protection, scarcity or what it already knows how to hold.

The conscious mind can say yes while the deeper parts of us remain beautifully, stubbornly devoted to what has kept us safe before.

This is resistance. Unseen. Unspoken. Impermeable through force.

The way through is softening. Allowing. Reimagining.

Internal posturing is the work of cultivating the internal state to emanate the energy we desire to receive in our external reality.

Call it: inner yoga. Call in Subliminal Alignment to shift the internal state, to project a higher lens, and emanate the energy you want to bring in to your life.
